Configuration Analysis Supervisor supervises the coordination and administration of configuration management activities. Monitors released engineering change data to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies. Being a Configuration Analysis Supervisor reviews change documentation so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software. Acts as an advisor to the configuration analysis team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Additionally, Configuration Analysis Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree. The Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform.
To earn RBT certification, you must meet certain eligibility requirements and pass the RBT certification exam. These requirements were established to ensure that entry-level behavior technicians have demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for delivering behavior analysis services under the supervision of a qualified supervisor.
To apply, you must:
-be at least 18 years old
-have completed high school-level education or equivalent
-pass a background check
-obtain 40 hours of RBT Training
To become an RBT:
-complete a 40-hour RBT Training Course (we suggest that you take it through the Autism Partnership Foundation)
-pass the competency assessment with the company’s BCBA
-register for the BACB
-register and PASS the RBT exam
*if hired prior to obtaining RBT certification, you will be reimbursed for the course, registration, and exam fees after working 100 billable hours with the company. We will not reimburse course fees should you decide not to take Autism Partnership Foundation RBT course and we will not reimburse repeat exams. You will be awarded a bonus if you become an RBT within 30 days of hire.
