Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Selections Coordinator to join our team. The Selections Coordinator will play a role in guiding our clients through the selection process, ensuring their vision and budget is brought to life in their custom home. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Conduct in person and virtual meetings with clients to understand their design preferences and assist them in selecting finishes, fixtures, and materials for their custom home.
• Vendor Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely procurement and accuracy of selected items.
• Project Management: Track and manage the selection process from start to finish, coordinating with project managers and team members to ensure selections are implemented timely and efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all selections, changes, and client approvals, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
• Budget Management: Assist clients in making selections that align with their budget, providing alternatives and solutions as needed.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current design trends and new products in the market to provide clients with informed recommendations.
• Travel Requirement: This role requires the Selections Coordinator to travel to Norris Lake to conduct a onsite review with the client to ensure customer selections are accurate and correct prior to the installation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a selections coordinator, interior design, or similar role in the custom home building industry.
• Strong organizational skills efficiently tracking and managing tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Suite, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, DocuSign).
• Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and finishes.
