Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bolted Tank Foreman to lead our tank installation crews and oversee the construction of bolted steel tanks.
The Bolted Tank Foreman will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Duties
Lead and supervise installation crews in the construction of bolted steel tanks, including tank erection, bolt torqueing, sealing, and other related activities.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that construction projects are completed according to specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee all on-site activities, including safety inspections, quality control, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure that work is performed safely and effectively.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any issues or delays that arise during construction.
