Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, construction management, estimating, and familiarity with software such as Civil 3D, Prolog, and ProCore.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Monitor compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience in construction management
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, Prolog, HeavyBid, ProCore, and other construction software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of contract management
