Project Manager Job DescriptionMaintain the project schedule and budget, ensure the quality of delivery is high and develop strong relationships with owners and architects. Work with the superintendent to keep subcontractors on task and maintain a culture of site safety.

- Demonstrated leadership ability is essential.
- College education is not required but is helpful.
- The ability to converse in Spanish may be an asset.
- Experience with ProCore Construction Management Software.
- Experience with BlueBeam
