Responsibilities- Comprehensive oversight of all project stages
- Management of the project timeline, payment timelines, resource distribution, and procurement.
- Execution of scope adjustments and mitigation of scope creep.
- Manage Material Take-off (MTO) and Procurement.
- Ensure that the construction team and trade partners meet the project schedule and budget.
- Communication management and client interaction.
- Record Change Orders and RFIs
- Conduct regular client meetings, keep clients informed of the project progress, and manage their expectations. Maintain above-average client satisfaction through open, honest, and direct communication.
- Work collaboratively with employees and trade partners to establish and achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Efficiently handle Change Orders, budget revisions, RFIs, and plan updates ensuring seamless project progression.
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related is preferred but not required. We value experience over credentials and greatly admire those who are self-taught
- Significant experience in construction, either working for a general contractor or as a tradesman at the superintendent level or above.
- Prior experience in a Project Manager or other management position is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP are a plus.
- Team-oriented.
- Mathematical & Organizational Skills.
- Proficient understanding of mechanical concepts.
- Starting salary at $95,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
