Job Title: Assistant Construction Superintendent

Position Overview: BRIX Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to join our team. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent to oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction operations and schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to achieve project milestones.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe and hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve job site issues promptly to minimize delays or setbacks.
- Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 years of relevant experience in construction or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in construction management are advantageous.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, tools, and equipment.
