Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Auditor jobs in Washington

Conduct quality assurance random audits and focused audits of HPA processes & production staff. Develops, monitors & quantifies recommendations to operational leaders which may include system changes, operational procedure changes or staff retraining. Participates in cross-functional work groups to assist in developing improvements.

• Conducts audits of production functions. May perform quarterly internal CMS monitoring. Creates written & verbal reports of quality assurance audit findings. Provides & monitors recommendations from results of random and focused quality assurance audits to improve integrity of production functions. Participates on cross-functional project management work teams which analyze production problems and produce, quantify, and follow-through on recommendations. Consult with operations leadership.


• Analyzes, interprets & synthesizes data to identify problems, opportunities, issues & trends. Resolves complex issues. Performs comprehensive review of operational procedures & policies for system and documentation accuracy & compliance. Assesses, documents & follows-up on new operational procedures to assure the integration of procedures into the production process.


• Audit & evaluate production staff and provide written documentation to operational leadership regarding the progress of employees ability to meet departmental standards. May maintain staff audit performance statistics.


• Maintains current knowledge of consistently changing entities including the various computer system enhancements & modifications, procedural documentation, baseline files, various departmental guidelines, HCFA guidelines & regulations, Medicaid, other federal & state regulations and other information pertaining to the accuracy of the production process.
