Complete Call Solutions is looking for motivated, high-energy people to provide outstanding customer experiences for our clients. This position will be making outbound calls for a variety of products and services. We have everything from lead generation to general information requests. You will have a dialer that will push calls to you as they connect. The responsibility is to follow the scripts and document the outcomes accurately. There is room for advancement to run a team of outbound agents, while working with the client to achieve goals and objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Process outbound calls as delivered by the dialer
• Provide information as scripted
• Document the outcome and capture any data necessary to process the call
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and coworkers
• Continuous management to ensure all calls are completed throughout the day
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with company policies
• Ensure customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and resolved
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of information

Required Education/Skills/Abilities:

• Positive attitude
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Outbound experience a plus, but not required
• Professional demeanor with a good understanding of delivering excellent customer service
• Familiar with operating a computer
• Fun upbeat personality
• Comfortable providing written communication and documentation to describe actions taken
