De functie:
Je komt te werken in het Klant Contact Center. Deze afdeling is het centrale punt van al het contact tussen MVGM en onze huurders. Je houdt je bezig met het behandelen van technische storingen in woningen tot vraagstukken over het technische beheer. Denk verder aan de volgende werkzaamheden:- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant;
- Het aannemen van technische klachten per mail, Whatsapp en of telefoon;
- Het uitzetten van storingsmeldingen;
- Communicatie onderhouden met collega’s in diverse afdelingen.
Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie ben jij iemand die communicatief vaardig is. Daarnaast heb jij een goede beheersing van het MS Office pakket. Verder zien wij graag het volgende in jou terug:- Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
- Je bent administratief onderlegd;
- Het aanleren van werken met nieuwe computerprogramma’s gaat je gemakkelijk af.
