In addition, AAA Sales Associates in our Travel Contact Center also:- Serve members and clients on the telephone, email, and web chat by providing Air, Car, Rail & Hotel reservations. A concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor products is required.
- Book and council members on domestic hotels and cars.
- Operates and is familiar with applicable automated airline reservation and ticketing system.
- Provides best possible customer service and meet or exceed established production goals.

- Work experience to include Invoicing.
- Must be able to work one weekend day each week (shorter hours) - steady schedule. Choice of schedules.
- Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography.
Training requirement: (TBD) Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST) for the first 5 weeks. Work schedule will begin after training is completed. Paid Training. All computer equipment provided by AAA Club Alliance.
