Contact Center Scheduling Manager manages the contact center scheduling staff, activities, and goals. Ensures that staff has the information needed to appropriately analyze, forecast, and schedule work for the contact center. Being a Contact Center Scheduling Manager develops and oversees the scheduling systems, including process, policy, and operating structure. Responsible for the volume of work produced based on scheduling, and ensures operational goals are met regarding resource and budget targets. Schedules patient visits, physician appointments, diagnostic tests, procedures and treatments. Communicates pertinent information regarding appointments, scheduling, prepayment and financial counseling to patients, families, physicians, team members and other patient care areas. Interprets and coordinates physician orders. Prepares and maintains appointment templates and/or patient records.

a.Transcribe and coordinate physician orders
b.Communicates pertinent information regarding appointments, scheduling, and necessary preparations to patients, families, physicians, team members and other patient care areas whether in person, by mail, by phone, by online applications or secure messaging.
Record Maintenance Prepares and maintains appointment templates and/or patient records electronically and/or manually as directed.
Updates relevant patient information in order to maintain an accurate patient record.
Responsible for the security and confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Handles and processes a complex and varied series of documents and situations.
Notifies appropriate personnel of patient arrival and status, via Mosaiq and CARE/OneConnect
Schedule patient visits, physician appointments, diagnostic tests, procedures, and treatments. Reconciles appointments in both Radiation Oncology scheduling systems.
Quality Provides high quality services, processes, programs and products while consistently seeking ways to improve outcomes and enhance service.

Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Required: Three years of relevant work experience. May substitute additional education for required experience on a one to one basis.
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
