Contact Center Scheduling Manager manages the contact center scheduling staff, activities, and goals. Ensures that staff has the information needed to appropriately analyze, forecast, and schedule work for the contact center. Being a Contact Center Scheduling Manager develops and oversees the scheduling systems, including process, policy, and operating structure. Responsible for the volume of work produced based on scheduling, and ensures operational goals are met regarding resource and budget targets. Additionally, Contact Center Scheduling Manager advanced analytical skills are typically required. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Contact Center Scheduling Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Contact Center Scheduling Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     De Sales Manager leid een eigen team van Agents op door ze te trainen, begeleiden, motiveren en natuurlijk ook zelf het goede voorbeeld te geven. 


    Hoe ziet jouw week eruit?

    Op maandag begin je met de weekmeeting. Samen met je team blik je terug en maak je plannen voor de komende week. Je zorgt dat de planning in orde is en dat het jouw team van Agents aan niks hoeft te ontbreken om er een topweek van te maken! Voor iedere werkdag verzorg je een inspirerende en motiverende aftrap en waar nodig geef je training om jouw team (nog) beter te maken. Verder bel jij minimaal 2 dagen per week met jouw team mee, sta je klaar om nieuwe Agents in te werken en ga jij zelf natuurlijk ook vette bonussen verdienen. Aan het einde van de week kijken we terug op een geslaagde week en vieren wij dit met een koud drankje!

    • Minimaal 6 maanden ervaring in direct sales

    • Bij voorkeur ervaring (of aanleg) met leidinggeven

    • Spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands
