A multi-tasker with great customer service skills to support our dispatch and accounting team in a fast-paced office. Duties include customer service, bookkeeping, dispatching technicians, digital filing and project management activities. This position requires a motivated person that is very detail-oriented and able to work as a team member to ensure superior service. Previous customer service and customer billing experience preferred, proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks.
Job Title: Customer Service Dispatch / Accounting Clerk
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 - 4:30, and one Saturday per month 8:00 - 12:00.
Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Primary Job Function: This position is a bridge between the dispatch and accounting departments and requires someone open to cross training. The primary functions will be customer invoicing, assisting company dispatcher maintain the Service Technician’s daily schedules, entering accounting and dispatch data (technician timesheets, accounts payable, account receivable, customer data), scheduling return service calls, material job ordering, maintaining customer database and other duties in support of dispatch and accounting departments.
