    ATSC is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Billing team at our operational headquarters in McLean, VA. In this role, you will assist the Contracts Manager in the reviewing, monitoring and general administration of all contracts and subcontracts.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Issuance of the company’s standard Nondisclosure, Teaming, Consulting and Subcontracts Agreements.
    • Monitor invoice payments within WAWF and research any late payments.  
    • 100% data accuracy.
    • Assist in any projects without errors in deadline-driven environment.
    • Respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.
    • Assist in the issuance of Purchase Orders.
    • Complete all procedures for purchasing administration.
    • Perform other responsibilities/duties as assigned.
    • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

     

    Qualifications/Requirements:

     

    • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting federal government contracts administration.
    • Must be a US citizen and eligible to obtain a security clearance.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proven work experience as an Assistant Contracts Administrator or relevant role.
    • Knowledge of FAR and DFAR.
    • Familiarity with accounting procedures.
    • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners.
    • Experience with Former Military Sales is a plus.

     

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

     

    • Work is typically performed in an office setting
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, bend, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
    • Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds
    • Must be able to read, write and speak English
