We are looking for a Senior Control Systems Engineer, preferably with experience in the mining industry, to join our team at our Mackay office. This position is not a FIFO role, you will have to be based in Mackay.- Design & Develop PLC/ SCADA systems.
- Consulting with clients to determine requirements and define the scope of work.
- Assist with the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standard.
- You will promote a culture centered on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality within the company.
- Provide on-going support to our customers.
- 6 years' experience as a Control Systems Engineer
- Must come from a Heavy Industrial Industry/ Infrastructure background (preferably mining)
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent or an Electrical Trade background.
- Experience with Citect SCADA, Rockwell & Schneider PLC'S
- Full working rights in Australia (preferably PR or Citizen)
- Experience in client focused roles.
- Experience PLC/SCADA/ DCS system design and development.
- Experience Managing PLC/SCADA development projects.
- Current Australian Driving Licence.
- Strong communication skills
