    Responsibilities - Field Service Engineer

    • Actively diagnose, repair, and test complex machines and instrumentation
    • Commission intricate motion systems and ensure equipment integrity
    • Repair or adjust equipment, machines, or defective components, and replace worn parts
    • Install repaired equipment and replace parts at customer sites including industrial and military facilities

    Qualifications/Requirements For Field Service Engineer

    • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience with repairing, diagnosing, and building robotic systems and machines; familiarity with troubleshooting motors, motion control devices, and amplifiers
    • Bachelors’ degree – engineering preferred (comparable experience will be considered in lieu of an engineering degree)
    • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with a variety of testing and measurement instruments
    • Familiarity with motion control devices, motors, and amplifiers
    • Experience with Delta Tau and/or Parker servo motors is a plus
    • 50% travel - nationally and internationally
