You'll be the key player in making sure our teams run like a well-oiled machine. With your killer project management skills, you'll keep the flow going smoothly across Delivery, PeopleOps, Staffing, and Clients, making sure our partnerships are lit and our outcomes stay on fleek.

    What You'll Do
    • In collaboration with Executive Directors & Team Producers, your role is to actively and proactively manage team needs, identify the appropriate resources to perform that work, and then ensure resources are onboarded to the project
    • Travel Coordination
    • Partner with Studio Hospitality to ensure white glove client experience for in-person work sessions (food, beverages, conference room prep)
    • Manage all reservations for all client dinners/connections
    • Manage the team calendar/events (creation and management of events) and attend all meetings and ensure either automated notes are shared and documented
    • Contribute ideas to continuously improve workflow processes, systems, and technology
    • Team gifts, culture, and support


    What You'll Bring
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to independently form generative working relationships and lasting partnerships with both client and internal team members
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Studio Coordinator, or comparable related role
    • Passion for building great teams and positively contributing to the success and reputation of Instrument
    • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Fantastic interpersonal skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Pay Range
    • The expected pay range for this position is $63,000 -$85,000 for our base US Region 3*. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 15%, US2 7.5%, US3 Base), learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments
