Corporate Giving Director identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and implements strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Director manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Director maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Corporate Giving Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Job Summary:
The Plumber resides in the Old Faithful area in a company-provided apartment. Access to and from the Old Faithful location during the winter season is limited to snowcoach or snowmobile. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and employing the technical plumbing skills necessary for the safe operation, repair and maintenance and seasonal opening/closing of Xanterra facilities, equipment and assets.

Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
