Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products and rentals at the counter, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers at the sales counter, offering product information and assistance
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products and services
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Skills:

- Experience in sales, technical sales, or business development
- Familiarity with software products is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and negotiate sales
- Ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Outbound calling skills to engage potential customers
