Counter and Rental Clerk jobs in Wyoming

You will be responsible for processing rentals and check-ins on the computer, and answering customer inquires. CSR's are also responsible for explaining and selling the different options that are available to our customers. This position requires a person who likes people and is an excellent communicator. If you are good at Service-Oriented-Sales, this is a great opportunity for commissions.

Sales – Explaining the optional services and purchases available to customers

Cleaning - Preparing rentals by cleaning interior and driving through the automated carwash.

Clerical – Processing rental reservations and rental contracts

Customer Service – Answering questions about the cars, rates, and the rental contract’s terms and conditions, and other customer needs.

Minimum Age, Education & Experience Requirements: Must be eighteen (18) years old or older.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Work experience and/or training in a customer service or sales related job - desirable, not required.

Experience or familiarity with computers and/or office or clerical work - desirable, not required.

Clean driving record, NO DUI

This position pays $12/hour plus an uncapped commission.
