Restaurant Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and Restaurant customer-oriented Counter Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the Restaurant, including training, Guest Satisfaction, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise counter staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner
- Process sales transactions using cash registers and POS systems
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Coordinate with vendors for product orders and deliveries
- Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and visually appealing

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, with a focus on managing a counter or department
- Proficiency in using cash registers, POS systems, and inventory management software
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of social media platforms for basic management tasks
