Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative and captivating visual concepts. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creative process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with our brand vision.

Duties:
- Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to foster a collaborative and creative environment.
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Conceptualize and execute visual designs for various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding materials, and digital content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity within the team.
- Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, articulating creative vision effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience working as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across different mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,870.00 - $98,692.00 per year
