    Your Responsibilities

    • Contribute to Cobrand Credit Card growth through analytics and insights. Leverage first-party data, partner data, and category intelligence to develop actionable insights to inform program strategy, product development, new card benefits, customer experience, and marketing.
    • Lead Cobrand Credit Card performance reporting, analyze progress towards achieving program KPIs, identify risks and opportunities to plans, present updates to stakeholders, and support the development of executive updates.
    • Manage cross-functional team relationships for the support of business case development for proposed enhancements.
    • Work with Cobrand Managers on the delivery of marketing and product initiatives to drive new member and revenue growth.
    • Provide operational support for the Cobrand program, including budget and forecast reconciliation, invoicing, production breaks, audits, customer service reporting, and escalation management.
    • Support the strategy and execution for financial partnerships (beyond Cobrand) and points transfer programs.

    Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • At least 2-3 years experience in analytics, consumer marketing, product management, or other relevant experience.
    • Hospitality, loyalty program, or financial services experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and articulate insights by leveraging data.
    • Results-oriented self-starter with strong time management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in using MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Experience with data mining packages (such as SQL, SAS, and SPSS).

    Your Team

    This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Manager, Cobrand Credit Card. You will have three teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.

    Your Work Location

    As our Cobrand Credit Card Senior Analyst, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we’re located one block away from the North Bethesda Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels.

    Right now, our associates in corporate headquarters are working in a hybrid environment, up to 4 days per week in the office and virtually from your home office the remaining days. We provide flexibility and encourage ongoing communication with your leadership to establish expectations about your unique needs.
