Description
With routine supervision, the Operations Clerk I will ensure excellent TEAM member and member service by supporting members with Convenience Pay and overdraft issues, providing information and resources, and detailing and establishing repayment arrangements for members. Operations Clerk II will also process returned check items.

At least one year financial/Credit Union/Banking experience. Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school preferred. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Good member/customer service skills. Strong excel skills. Experience with JMFA or Corelation Keystone is preferred. Collections experience. Self-motivated and resilient.
