Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. You will provide support to programs by completing key repetitive components of for trading card production, packing, and collation.

An aptitude for accounting/math and calculating ratios is desired. Knowledge of professional and collegiate sports and players a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Research trading card market and gather information to support our brands. Input autograph and memorabilia reservations into Excel. Input player information into data bases. Provide support in receiving and maintaining and accurate inventory for memorabilia and autographs for collections. Participate in quality control checks. Assist in pack-outs as assigned. Occasional travel to events and trade shows may be required. Develop Sales solicitations for products. Submit and obtain required approvals for trading cards. Liaison with acquisitions team to obtain autograph and memorabilia content for trading cards.

Must possess math aptitude to calculate volumes, ratios and other mathematical components used in developing card collections and fulfillment requirements. Knowledge of American sports teams and leagues is a plus Need excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with ability to work on several collections at simultaneously. Must have the ability to work with in "start up" and chaotic fast moving conditions.

Ability to adapt to high-pressure, constantly changing, time sensitive environment. Highly organized and have exceptional attention to detail. Ability to communicate and speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of the company.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Internet use.

In addition to the above must to willing to book travel and assist executives with personal business as well.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least four years of related experience required
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
