Credit Clerk jobs in Tennessee

A Recovery Clerk is responsible for data entry and maintenance of member files, titles, garnishments, levies, and judgments. Our Recovery clerk will need to be able to provide excellent organizational skills, prioritize daily, and have great member service. This position is heavily relied on when preparing documents for bankruptcy, communicating with attorneys, and assisting with subpoenas. At times, this position will work as an overflow team to our collectors, answering phones for them, taking messages, logging payment arrangements, and/or taking payments over the phone.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma, Associates degree in Business or related field preferred. Work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience in the use of PCs, calculators, and other office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
• Detail oriented.
