This role involves developing risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
Some Of What You'll Do- Identify and assess risks within the organization's operations and activities.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts.
- Communicate risk assessment findings to management and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in risk management or a related field for a minimom of 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
