Credit Risk Assessment (CRA) is considered part of the third line of defense. CRA is responsible for providing an objective, independent, and timely assessment of the overall quality of Country Club Bank’s loan portfolio and is accountable to the organization’s Chief Risk Officer and the Bank’s Board of Directors. This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties relating to the credit risk review function in order to assist in the ongoing management of credit risk and asset quality; achieving goals as established in the department's annual scope; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the credit risk review function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries and requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing reports.
