We are seeking an Administrative Specialist who will coordinate with team members and management to assist with public health coordinated outreach and conduct of vaccine and testing locations.
This position will be the primary individual on their team that works with all aspects regarding the registration of individuals in different designated websites to receive the appropriate testing or vaccines required by all ages of individuals.
This position will also assist in any set up and demobilization of resources while also working with team members to track multiple resources used by the team that can differ from day to day as well as by mission type.

The contractor reports directly to a Mobile Response Lead and conveys information as appropriate to all situations that can occur.
The contractor will be in contact with program staff within the team and section and serve as a vital member of the team.
The Contractor will be an initial contact for patients when on sites. All relationships will be in a professional manner and be handled in a manner that follows section, division, agency and state policies and procedures.
