Thespecialist for Corporate Vehicle Services Chattanooga will assistin all areas of the operation. This includes but is not limited tothe following responsibilities :
Answerquestions from employees their family members dealerships andvehicle transporters via phone calls emails Skype and customerwalkins by utilizing eTag Supertool VTRACS and our internalinventory Excel file to provide answers.
Timelyprocessing of documents pertaining to factory employees leasedassigned and pool vehicles.
Handle all aspects of thedelivery process for approximately 1000 vehicles peryear
o Utilize vehicle knowledge to inform customers ofvehicle options and equipment choices
o Determinecustomer needs and assist in vehicle ordering
o Forcustomers who order vehicles themselves verify the validity of theorder and approve or disapprove the order as appropriate
o Oversee creation and utilization of vehicle paperwork includingManufacturers Certificate of Origin Vehicle Invoice RegistrationApplication Title Work Power of Attorney etc.
all according to theState of Tennessee regulations
o Generate a deliverypacket with tag registration insurance card AIM inspection form andinformation pages.
o Perform actual customer deliveryproviding vehicle walkaround and instructing customers on the useof vehicle features
o Accept vehicle returns fromcustomers process information in eTag and ground vehicle in Clientssystems (Client Direct and Audi Direct).
o Accuratelyreview the vehicle at time of surrender for damage check for overmileage service history and smoking. Politely and completely informcustomers of fines and charges.
Interface with internalgroups to work with product evaluation programs
MonitorHuman Resource reports and be cognizant of vehicles for terminatedemployees
Act as a liaison with the local client andAudi dealers as well as local body shop(s) in Chattanooga for allwork associated with Corporate Vehicle Services
Assistin implementing Special Programs approved by topmanagement.
Maintain all service warranty in service andsurrender procedures for all corporatebased company cars
Reconcile monthly NotYetInService and For Sale reports receivedfrom Vehicle Accounting and investigate discrepancies
Daily collaborate with Payroll HR and the Corporate office on splitdeductions and accident deductibles for active and inactiveemployees.
Assist employees and family members withloaner vehicles for warranty issues.
Review inactiveemployee information with Accounts Payable attempting to collectunpaid debts.
Communicate with various ports on lateshipments as needed.
Assist inthe Annual Vehicle Confirmation for the Chattanooga plant includingreaching out to the employee manager and director.
Process termination paperwork for Chattanooga employees asneeded.
As needed initiate Vehicle Recovery throughrepossession for terminated employees who dont followpolicy.
Identify driver scan and email tickets tolls andother violations to lease customers
Renew vehicleregistration for lessees.
