- Oversee the successful on-boarding and opening of the new wound care facility in Coos Bay, OR by October 2024
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the wound care center, optimizing efficiency and patient flow
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring high-quality wound care based on best practices and protocols
- Build and empower a cohesive team of wound care nurses, technicians, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Partner effectively with physicians, medical staff, and hospital administration to optimize patient care and achieve shared goals
- Monitor and manage center budget, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and center effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and policies, maintaining a safe and compliant environment
- Build relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to raise awareness about wound care services
- Associate degree in nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
