**Job Summary:**

- Develop instructional materials and content for training programs

- Manage projects related to curriculum development and training initiatives

- Utilize Blackboard or similar platforms for educational purposes

- Collaborate with teams to create engaging learning experiences

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in instructional design and content development

- Strong project management skills to oversee training programs

- Experience in classroom education and training development

- Ability to write and communicate effectively

- Familiarity with Procare Software

- Knowledgeable of childcare licensing minimum standards and tegulations

- Knowledge of curriculum development principles

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
