JOB SUMMARY
The HR Coordinator/Staffing Manager position requires a leader with demonstrated success in Recruiting, Training and Managing Employee Relations.
This position will handle full cycle recruiting, including posting jobs, pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring. It will also include conducting new employee orientation and completing the necessary onboarding tasks (drug tests, background checks, references, etc.). This position will also play a key role in managing employee relations, especially our retention strategies to ensure hired staff remain happily employed with FirstLight Home Care.
