Job Description:

Dava is looking for a skilled & experienced customer service & retention specialist to join our team. This position will be part-time but requires a minimum of 10 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer service experience, talking with customers over email and phone, and helping customers find great solutions with Dava.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to resolve any issues they may be having
• Work with our internal team to find solutions with customers
• Help customers elevate their experience with our services
• Track pipeline of customers
• Schedule calls with our customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retention
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Google Suite products
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
