Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide direct client customer service by supporting each customer professionally, courteously in a fair and consistent manner while building trust, servicing their unique needs, and offering available products. You will use problem solving skills and a passion for helping others daily.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process new applications, policy changes, and endorsement requests
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle confidential and proprietary information with highest regard
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently
