Job Summary:
Seastreak, and its expanding fleet of High-Speed State of The Art Catamaran ferries, operates seasonally out of Providence with services to Newport and Bristol. If you are a friendly, energetic, and dependable person than we have the job for you! We are seeking seasonal Customer Service Representatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first person our valued customers speak to and interact with. Responsibilities include:

• Making reservations for customers by phone and in person;
• Answering the phones;
• Responding to customer questions and inquiries about Seastreak products and services;
• Assisting customers that need to exchange tickets, or get a refund

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Experience in customer service (preferred)
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Experience with cash handling procedures (preferred)
• Ability to learn and successfully navigate an online reservation system.
• Willingness to familiarize oneself with Seastreak’s current offerings and schedules to best assist customer.

Shifts To Be Filled:

• 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM (Weekdays)
• 12:00 PM- 8:00 PM ( Weekdays)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
