Customer Service Supervisor jobs in Nebraska

We are seeking outgoing and personable Customer Service Supervisors at our Super Saver, in Columbus. In this role you will help manage the front-end, Cashiers, Courtesy Clerks, etc.

The Customer Service Supervisor position is Perfect for someone wanting to Jump-Start a Career and bolster their management work experience!

Specific Requirements:

• Ability to oversee and supervise all front-end operations with confidence
• Supervising, delegating, and directing cashiers, and other front-end staff
• Efficiently handle transactions while providing excellent customer service
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Follow directives of the Service Manager, or Manager on Duty
• Follow, enforce company policies & procedures, including safety policies

Qualifications:

Previous Supervisory and/or retail experience is highly desirable. You must be at least 19 years of age to be in a Supervisory role with B&R Stores.
