Our Driver and Vehicle Records (DVR) team has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Supervisor with a passion for mentoring and coaching staff within the Corrections and Refunds Unit!

What you will bring:
-
Six (6) years of experience helping clients and/or customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or problems.
Experience must include:-
One (1) year leading and/or supervising a team.

One (1) year using Microsoft Suite office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience can be gained concurrently.
Up to four (4) years of relevant education may substitute year for year for experience.
(Associates degree = 2 years Bachelor’s degree = 4 years)

Knowledge of Driver/Vehicle Licensing Laws and Rules.
