Customer Service Trainer jobs in New Jersey
Customer Service Trainer delivers training programs for customer service representatives, team leaders, and supervisors. Provides updates and details on new products, features, and service offerings. Being a Customer Service Trainer leads skill development training and role-playing exercises to develop selling, service delivery, issue resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Instructs staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. Additionally, Customer Service Trainer provides input to assess training effectiveness and define future needs. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Customer Service Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.· Experience with building or maintaining cloud-native applications.·
Past experience with the serverless approaches using AWS Lambda is a plus.
For example, the Serverless Application Model (AWS SAM).·
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.· Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.·
Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies such as AngularJS, ReactJS, or Node.js.·
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
