We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Solutions Representative! Are you a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships? Then we have the position for you. This role involves managing customer relationships, working in a high-volume environment, and helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue.
What You Get To Do Every Single Day- Implement strategies to improve the customer experience
- Solution for complex problems and issues
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone and/or email correspondence
- Design, track, and analyze customer success metrics
- Aid in customer retention and loyalty
- Strong skills in business writing, including the use of email correspondence
- Proven knowledge and familiarity with call-tracking and being held accountable to KPIs
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
- Strong technical skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
