Position: Customer Success Coordinator
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 6 Months Contract-To-Hire
Salary range: $40,000-45,000/year

- 2 years Call Center or related experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Must be able to take in-bound calls and respond to tickets, emails and live chats
- Must be able to meet required KPI's set forth by management
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service through effective
communication and problem-solving.
Job Description:
This position is phone-facing and reports to the AST Supervisor. Our agents are expected to take 50-70 calls each day, depending on the season's volume. Your daily tasks include taking in-bound phone calls, responding to tickets, emails, and live chats. Our role is essential in assisting individuals looking for employment opportunities and successful admission into schools and hospitals. We are the primary point of contact for the company and maintain our stellar reputation. Qualifications: You must be able to provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving. Ideal candidates will be able to type an average of 35 WPM or greater and can navigate a computer with confidence. Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite is preferred. To fit in with the office environment, you must be able to work well with others and independently. Most importantly, you have the drive to help our customers!
Training: This role requires that the hired applicant must graduate from a standard training period of 3-4 weeks. During this time, the candidate will learn the business on a deep level and familiarize themselves with American Databank's many service offerings. They will engage in training sessions, will shadow colleagues on their day-to-day, engage in practice sessions and live training sessions, and develop skills necessary for the role. The hired applicant must show growth and perform a live demo in front of executive staff in order to graduate from the training program.
