    Your Role:


    Office Support:

    • Manage daily operations of the office.
    • Order and maintain supplies.
    • Ensure office tidiness and handle mail/postage.
    • Prepare for in-office meetings and appointments.
    • Answer phones positively and route calls appropriately.
    • Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries.
    • Manage business administration and benefits.
    • Organize and schedule meetings as directed.
    • Sales Support:
    • Schedule and communicate leads for the sales team.
    • Reschedule appointments and screen calls for customer inquiries.
    • Manage sales collateral and support lead flow.
    • Maintain and manage CRM database.
    • Marketing Support:
    • Organize and support company-sponsored events and conferences.
    • Assist in-house marketing efforts and provide social media support.

    Schedule:


    Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.


    Location:


    Montville, NJ 07045: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

    Experience Required:


    1 years in the hospitality or events industry.

    1 years of strong customer service and escalation handling experience.

    Proficient with Google Office Suite and basic IT equipment.

    Legal eligibility to work and at least 18 years old.
