Technician Responsibilities:
Press and install tires.
Communicate with the customer and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness in work areas and tire press truck.
Maintain record of miles driven and fuel receipts for reporting.
Other duties as required by the Service Manager, which could include keeping service jobs organized and turned in daily, managing inventory of tire needs, willingness to take on new responsibilities.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Technician Requirements:
Computer skills or ability to learn.
Valid Class B driver’s license and good driving record.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to operate a forklift in a safe manner.
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
Professional attitude and ability to successfully work in a team environment.
Regular and prompt attendance.
Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress, and preparation.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Hours will be 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, plus whatever time is required to accomplish the goals of the position. Occasional overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
