Job Summary:

Volleman's Family Farm is a family-owned company based out of Gustine, TX, dedicated to producing and distributing our signature glass-bottled milk. We take pride in providing a unique product that truly makes a difference.

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our production processes and ensure efficiency in production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, mechanical knowledge and quality inspection

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet production goals and follow the schedule
• Monitor production lines, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee materials handling

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Mechanical knowledge
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to perform math calculations
• Ability to learn computer software programs
• Familiarity with small and medium size machinery and equipment
• Strong skills in materials handling for manufacturing operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
