Provider Network Analyst

Type: Temporary/Contract Location: Remote, US Authorized only apply Hours: Mon - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Job Duties: - Provides operational support and performs data maintenance and clean-up for data transactions (basic to complex). In addition, performs more complex data transactions and maintenance associated with projects, expansions, and new product implementations. - Works with other departments to ensure quality provider data to our members. - Maintains and updates provider demographic and contract information, including contractually sensitive or complex transactions, in appropriate systems in support of claims adjudication and provider directory. - Works collaboratively with internal/external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements. - Identifies, researches and conducts root cause analyses (e.g. problem providers identified by PST, trends from routine PDS audits) and collaborates cross-functionally within the organization to recommend process improvements. - Conducts and manages audits of provider information and escalates issues for resolution as appropriate

Minimum Qualifications:
1 year of Provider Credentialing experience.
1 year of Experience with Provider Data and Working with large datasets (Excel, Sheet, etc.)
1 year of Medicaid provider data, provider relations, or provider contracting experience.
1 year of Project management and delivery experience in highly matrixed organizations.
1 year of experience working with Quick base, excel, Adobe, Quest, and other tools for working with provider data.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to work collaboratively at all levels and affect change.
Exercise sound judgment and demonstrates analytical/data-driven decision-making skills.

Education: HS Diploma

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $25.00- 34.00 hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
