Responsibilities:

• Harvesting- Chopping plants, Fan Leaf removal, Dry hanging, or shucking for Fresh Frozen (less than 50 every 10 days)
• Collecting of samples by 3rd party testing and recording all necessary data and internal record keeping
• Adherence to all metric reporting and compliance
• Training and Scheduling resources across multiple activities – harvesting, deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc
• Performing initial bulk QC inspection of batches
• Reporting quality issues to Director of cultivation
• Creating and Managing Processing Work Order
• Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics
• Approving timecards and requests off for support
• Verifying the weighing and logging of material
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment of all post-harvest areas
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

Required Work Experience:

• 1-3 Years Cannabis Industry Experience
• CURRENT MED BADGE REQUIRED

Education Required:

• High School Diploma (or GED equivalent).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
