Database Administration Manager manages the administration of an organization's database. Analyzes the organization's database needs and develops a long-term strategy for data storage. Job Summary: The Development Relations and Database Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of development databases (donors and grants) and donor communications for YWCA Delaware. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our development efforts by maintaining accurate donor and grant records, implementing donor stewardship strategies, and producing reports and analysis to support development goals.
