Ship Constructor Administrator - Motivated client in RI

Contract, C2H, Perm options for a great customer near the Newport area.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipbuilding or maritime engineering, with a focus on ship design and production.
• Ship Constructor Software expertise in database management, configuration, and customization.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCad3D, Navisworks and other relevant software tools in the shipbuilding industry.
• Proven track record of implementing software systems and integrations within complex Engineering Environments.
• Project Management Experience would be preferred with the ability to plan, coordinate and execute Ship Constructor implementation projects among the team.

Ship Constructor Administrator would be responsible of conducting training sessions and providing ongoing user support to ensure effective utilization of Ship Constructor functionalities and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company design standards throughout the Ship Constructor implementation process.

This role requires a self-starter who can identify process improvements and optimization within the Ship Constructor environment to enhance productivity and quality of work.

This must be done while applying problem-solving abilities and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively within the database implementation process.
