You will act as a Senior Database Engineer who will play a senior technical role on a dynamic Agile-based Scrum team as a member of the FEES application team. You will work closely with the Squad Lead, Scrum Master, Systems Analyst, Quality Assurance, Architects, and other Developers, to craft, build, test, and deliver the features that make up Fidelity’s Investment Professional user experience. You will also be expected to assist in providing guidance and mentoring to junior Developers within the wider Finance and Fund Oversight (FFO) technology chapter.

The Finance Expense Evaluation System (FEES) system is a key application within Fidelity’s Asset Management portfolio of technology. The FEES application enables Board Finance users to run comparative analysis of Fidelity 40 Act (Retail) funds with similar competitor funds in the marketplace and produce reports to the Board with the results. This analysis is a key input to the Board of Trustees in their annual review of Fund Management fees, Sub-Advisory fees and Total Expense contract renewals for over 600 funds managed by various Fidelity advisors.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
